Joel H. Holt, Esq. P.C. is located at 2132 Company Street, Christiansted, St. Croix, USVI in the Quin House Building in Historic Christiansted.
The Quin House was built in the 1700’s and has belonged to several prominent families, including that of newspaper editor Frank A. Quin, who owned it from 1891–1959, and Jack and Jane Fitzpatrick of Stockbridge, Massachusetts, who did a full historical renovation of the building in 1988.
Today the building is home to Joel H. Holt, Esq. P.C., Caribbean Scribes and Zion Modern Kitchen Restaurant.
The office features a small, private upper-level conference room. In addition, Quin House features a second conference room privately situated on the first floor that is easily accessible and available for rental for depositions or mediations.
